Circle of Care Center for Families
Many of our grants require public awareness activities for that specific grant. Therefore, we record our public awareness within each program. Every employee reports their public awareness activities. Those numbers are compiled and used as our Center's overall Public Awareness number.
If multiple employees are present at the public awareness activity, the employee that was primarily responsible for the activity (planning or scheduling) counts the number served. Everyone counts the hour(s) they worked the activity. This allows no duplication with the number served, and an accurate number for the hours of work associated with the activity.
How does your Center report Public Awareness?
